COLLEGE: Spent four years in the backfield for the Illini appearing in 48 contests and making 22 starts at tailback...finished career with 1,962 rushing yards and 26 rushing TDs (2nd-most in UI history)  2011: Played in 12 games, making eight starts at tailback...second on the team with 600 rushing yards and had a team-high seven rushing TDs on the season...scored his 26th career rushing touchdown with a one-yard run against Michigan...had his fourth career 100-yard game with 100 yards on 24 carries at Penn State...had 10 carries for 83 yards and one touchdown along with a career-high five receptions for 69 yards against Purdue...had 86 rushing yards and 2 TDs on 22 carries in season-opening win over Arkansas State.  2010: Played in 12 games and made four starts...rushed for 480 yards on 99 carries (4.8 ypc) with seven touchdowns...also caught seven passes for 52 yards and threw a four-yard touchdown pass...totaled a season-high 17 carries for 86 yards and tied his career high with three rushing TDs in win over Northwestern at Wrigley Field...had 10 carries for a season-high 91 yards and one TD at Michigan...became the 37th Illini to surpass 1,000 career yards rushing with 47 yards on nine carries in win at Penn State...Also completed his first career pass vs. PSU, a four-yard TD toss, the first Illini non-quarterback TD pass since 2006. 2009: Played in all 12 games, starting five...rushed for 588 yards on 97 carries (6.1 ypc) and scored four touchdowns on the season...totaled 82 rushing yards on a career-high 20 carries, scored on a one-yard touchdown run, and hauled in a 14-yard reception in win over Minnesota...rushed for 128 yards on 12 carries, including a career-long 79-yard touchdown run in win over Michigan...recorded his second career 100-yard rushing game with 137 yards against Illinois State. 2008: Played in all 12 games and started five...had 81 carries for 294 yards and a team-high eight touchdowns on the season and also had 79 receiving yards on nine receptions…broke out for a career-high 172 yards and three touchdowns on 19 carries against Indiana, earning a "Helmet Sticker" award from the ESPN College GameDay crew...his three touchdowns against Indiana ranked fourth on the Illinois single-game touchdown list...rushed for the first touchdown of his career at Penn State, recording 11 yards on four carries.
